Elena began her yoga journey when she was in high school and quickly fell in love with both the physical challenge and mental escape that yoga provides.

Her mat has served as a safe space in her own life, which drove her to become a yoga instructor in the hopes to help create that same positive experience for others. She loves fitness and well-being and is always coming up with new ways to challenge her students in class and inspire them to reach their goals.

Elena has been practicing yoga for about 8 years and has been teaching since April of 2022 after completing her 200YTT through Yoga Strong Canton! She is also recently obtained her Group Fitness Instructor Certification in order to deepen her knowledge of health and wellness and continue to share her passion with others!
