
Hi, I’m Lauren, a new pilates instructor with a love for fitness and a passion for pilates. After becoming a mom, I discovered the incredible benefits of pilates, it allowed me to mentally check out for an hour, feel strong, and boost my confidence. That experience inspired me to become an instructor so I could help others feel that amazing too.
