Michelle began instructing in 2017 after 6 years of life changing personal practice. Yoga cultivated an awareness of not only overcoming physical challenges, but was also a place to heal from mental and emotional trauma. She became an instructor to provide a safe space for students to work through all that life throws at us in a positive way.

Michelle's teaching style allows students to create a connection to their body, mind and heart through movement and breath. Supporting students to listen and flow in the present while the rest of the world falls away.
