My yoga practice started several years ago with occasional classes as a means of exercise. As I attended more frequently, I began to more deeply explore my mental and physical health. Through wonderful yoga teachers, a personal study of yoga philosophy, and a committed physical practice, yoga has helped me find greater joy, inspiration, and grace with myself and others.

I signed up for teacher training as a way to deepen my own practice. Quickly into it, I realized what a privilege it was to learn how to have both a safe and thoughtful physical practice, and a mental framework for how to create a meaningful and blissful life. It would be such a disservice to not offer others the same access. As a teacher, I prioritize holding space for you to experience self-exploration and empowerment.
